In semiconductor production, chemical residue will remain on the surface of production fixtures that have to be removed by the sand blast machine in order to restore it for reuse. The automatic sand blasting machine is designed to enhance the precision of blasting angle and processing time to minimize the deviations. Built with NOVAKON P12 HMI operator panel with iFace Designer®, settings can be easily configured to control the PLC and 3-axis servo for the automatic process to meet the accuracy and precision standard of semiconductor industry.
